社会主义改造时期内蒙古牧区经济发展的历史经验及启示

社会主义改造时期,内蒙古共产党工作委员会和自治政府在牧业区的一切工作,都要以有利于发展畜牧业生产、改善人民生活为出发点,规定了积极发展包括牧主经济在内的畜牧业经济总方针,制定并实施了一系列的方针、政策和措施。论文对这些方针政策的历史经验及其对内蒙古新牧区建设的启示加以探究。

The Historical Experiences and Enlightenment of Economic Development in Inner Mongolia Pasturing Areas During Socialism Transformation Period

In the period of socialism transformation, all the measures the Inner Mongolia Committee of Chinese Communist Party and the autonomous government adopted should be helpful to develop agriculture and livestock production. Improving people＇s living standard should be the starting point. And the committee and government should stipulate positive general economic policy foe livestock industry including herdsman economy ,formulate and implement a series of guidelines, policies and measures. This paper studies the historical experiences and enlighten- ment of these policies and the construction of new Inner Mongolia pasturing areas as well.
