| Abstract: | Because of the historical factors ,the cost management of state-owned construction enterprises is always a difficult matter. This thesis tries to analyze the present situation and its cause of state-owned construction enterprises cost management ,and discusses how to improve it in socialist market economy by combining the trait of construction operation. |
