Economic Analysis of Discredit and Countermeasures

Market economy is credit economy based on legality. However, we face serious credit crisis. This article, from the perspective of institution and information economics, tries to analyze the fundamental reasons for the credit crisis in China. Accordingly, this article points out some important countermeasures to deal with the problems.
