| 摘 要： | 区域经济增长质量在当前备受国际和国内经济学家的关注。从经济结构、经济波动、经济效率、城乡收入差距、资源利用几个方面构建符合我国国情的区域经济增长质量评价指标体系,采用信息熵工具,对我国东部地区10省(市)2005年区域经济增长质量进行综合评价。评价结果表明北京列第一位,其经济结构优良、科技投入高、城乡居民收入差距较小、能源利用效率高,经济增长方式正朝着集约化形式发展。最后,根据综合评价结果提出相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Now many international and domestic economists pay more attention to the region economy growth quality. This paper constructs an evaluation and target system of the region economy growth quality which conforms to Chinese national condition.
