| 摘 要： | 随着对集体土地管理的不断深入以及GIS技术的日益成熟，两者结合日渐紧密。通过对组件地理信息系统的基本概念和技术基础的阐述，介绍了利用组件式GIS技术，在VC＋＋环境下嵌入MapObjects组件，建立一个通用的集体土地登记发证系统，以及该系统的内容、结构、功能及其应用，并探讨了GIS技术在集体土地登记中的应用

| Abstract: | Component technology pushes object-oriented technology,distributed calculation,and advanced software development efficiently.ActiveX control has been the standard of component technology of Microsoft.This article begins with the component technology,then introduces a GIS ActiveX control MapObjects and analyses its mechanism.Based on the characteristics and operation procedures,design and implementation of rural collective land ownership register system which combines VC++ and ActiveX control MapObjects are expounded. |
