| 摘 要： | 新冠肺炎疫情肆虐全国,各地采取了多种形式的隔离措施防控疫情扩散,对我国工程建设项目影响很大。分析疫情影响下的建筑工程全过程造价控制,通过对建筑工程各个阶段的造价管理进行探讨,引出疫情影响下全过程造价管理相关问题及建议。

| Abstract: | The COVID-19 has been widespread throughout the country.Various forms of quarantine measures have been adopted to prevent and control the spread of the disease.This paper analyzes the whole process cost control of construction projects under the influence of the epidemic situation,discusses the cost management of each stage of construction projects,and leads to the relevant problems and suggestions of the whole process cost management under the influence of the epidemic situation. |
