| 摘 要： | 党政领导干部监督机制的内容主要包括监督的主体、监督者与被监督者的利益约束机制、监督者被监督、被监督者信息的反馈机制、新闻媒体具有相对独立性。党政领导干部监督机制存在的主要问题是监督的力度不够,监督的效率不高,忽视外部监督和制度监督,其主要原因是民主程度不高,监督者不被监督。
