| 摘 要： | 本文对可持续发展油气资源安全系统进行了界定，建立了相应的评价模型与评价指标体系，并就中国可持续发展油气资源安全态势进行了系统分析，提出了适合中国国情的提高油气安全程度的战略措施和对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we define sustainable developing oil and gas resource security system, and set up its evaluation model and evaluation index system.Then we make a systematic study on sustainable developing oil and gas resource security situation in our country. Finally, we suggest a set of strategic means and countermeasures which is suitable to raise the degree of oil and gas security. |
