应对突发公共事件的财政支出研究

近些年来,各类突发公共事件频繁发生,造成了众多的人员伤亡和巨大的经济损失,影响了社会稳定。政府必须提高应对突发公共事件的能力,而财政是应对突发公共事件的重要财力保障,故而需要不断改进和完善应对突发公共事件的财政支出的政策。本文立足于我国近年来发生的突发公共事件,分析了我国应对突发公共事件财政支出的现状,最后提出了一些政策建议。

Research of government finance payout in handling burst public event

In recent years,all kinds of public emergency occurred frequently.They caussed enormous personnel casualties and economic loss,undermining social stability.The govenrment must improve the ability to cope with public emergency.Finance provides the most important financial guarantee for dealing with the public emergency.Therefore we need to improve and perfect the policy of fiscal expenditure to deal with it.Besed on the public emergency happened in recent years,this article analyzes the existin problems of policy of fiscal expenditure to deal with public emergency and at last puts forward some policy suggestions.
