Japanese Model of Financial Maturity and Its Enlightenment

Since the establishment of capitalism,Japan has been carrying out the industrial policy of matching Europe and the U.S.A,and the government had set up indirect financial system serving for industrial policy,which has promoted Japan realizing its subject and had become the second biggest economy country.On the basis of the history of finance and industry maturity,we analyze the foundation,reason and conflict of Japanese faster development in view of the effective permeation of finance and industry,so as to find out how financial maturity guarantee and promote industrial maturity,and offer some suggestions for our country.
