| 摘 要： | 信息化是我国加快实现工业化和现代化的必然选择。坚持以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化,走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子。形成以高新技术产业为先导、基础产业和制造业为支撑、服务业全面发展的产业格局,实现经济的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The informationization is the certain selection for our country to realize industrialization and modernization.We should persist in driving industrialization with informationization,and carrying out the industrialization with high science and technology content ,good economic performance and low resources consumption,low pollution of the environment and the full exert of the human resource superiority.We must establish a new pattern which takes the high and new technology industry as its guide and the foundation industry and manufacturing industry as its support and develops service industry completely to realize the development of industry in a striding way. |
