中国经济内外失衡关系的研究

目前中国宏观经济运行中内外失衡问题严重。内部失衡主要表现为高投资、低消费,投资所形成的产出不能顺利地被消费所吸收,此外,还表现为中国在高投资的前提下仍然存在储蓄过多的问题,储蓄不能全部转化为投资。外部失衡则表现为经常项目和资本项目的"双顺差"。要减轻或消除内外失衡现象,必须从调整国内经济着手,要坚持稳定投资、拉动消费的经济政策。

A Study on the Relationship between the Internal-external Unbalance of China's Economy

At present,the internal-external unbalance in China is becoming a problem.The internal unbalance is viewed from two aspects: high investment with low consumption,the output from investment can't be absorbed by consumption;another aspect is that high investment with higher savings,the savings can't be transformed into investment.The external unbalance is the double favorable balance phenomenon of the international payment balance.This paper explores the mutual relationship and the influencing paths between the internal-external unbalance from theoretical and empirical way.
