| 摘 要： | 随着第三方物流在我国的不断发展,客观上要求建立有效、实用的第三方物流企业绩效评价体系和方法,以便科学、客观地反映第三方物流企业的运营情况。为了解决这个问题,本文构建了第三方物流企业绩效评价指标体系,提出了熵权法和灰色关联分析相结合的综合评价模型。模型利用熵权法确定各评价指标的权重,应用灰色关联分析对系统信息进行量化处理和比较,减少了主观因素的影响,提高了评价结论的准确性,为第三方物流企业的绩效评价提供了一种新方法。

| Abstract: | With the development of the third party logistics in our country,a kind of effective and practical performance evaluation method is in a great need,which can show the operational situation of the third party logistics enterprises scientifically and objectively.This paper puts forward the comprehensive evaluation model of weighted entropy and method of grey relational analysis based on construction of the third party logistics enterprises' performance evaluation system to solve this problem.Weights of all the quotas evaluated are derived from the information entropy and the system information is settled and compared quantitatively by Grey relational analysis in this model to reduce the subjective influence and improve the evaluation precision,which offers a new method for performance evaluation. |
