网络信息知识产权的安全保护研究

面对网络信息化飞速发展的当代,网络信息知识产权的安全保护问题日益突出。网络信息知识产权与一般的知识产权相比有其特殊性,对于其保护也存在着诸多的难点。本文从网络的特点与知识产权保护之间的关系出发,对网络知识产权的保护问题进行了深入的研究,提出了自己的看法。
