| 摘 要： | 推进新农村建设是破解"三农"问题,城乡协调发展的理性选择。本文阐述了新农村建设的内涵,从物质基础、市场基础、群众基础、生态基础、体制基础等方面对新农村建设促进城乡协调发展的机理进行了分析,最后提出建设新农村的"三个机制"和"五村行动"。

| Abstract: | The new village is the reasonable choice of solving problem of ＂issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area＂and the coordinate development of city and country. This paper elaborated the content of the new village, analyzed the mechanism of the new village to promote the coordinate development of city and country from material base, market foundation, crowd＇s foundation, ecosystem foundation, and the system foundation etc. It puts forward the strategy and measure of the new village construction finally. |
