| 摘 要： | 新形势使高校大学生党建工作面临着新的挑战和机遇,党的十七届六中全会提出要深入开展理想信念教育,从经济全球化、就业压力大学生党员的辐射作用以及党员教育手段等方面分析了当前大学生党员后期教育的现状,从工作思路、宣传载体、教育模式、考核机制四个方面创新大学生党员的后期教育工作。

| Abstract: | The Students’ party construction among university are facing new challenges and make opportunities in the new situation.The paper analyzes the current situation of the Post-education of party members among university students from the economic globalization,Employment pressure,radiation of college students members and the education means of college students members.And Innovated the post-education of party members among university students from working ideas,propaganda carrier,education mode and the assessment mechanism. |
