| 摘 要： | 目前,地方高校横向科研经费管理制度尚不完善,导致横向经费管理中存在的问题也日益突出。分析了当前地方高校横向科研合作的现状,总结了这些科研经费管理中存在的问题,并提出加强横向科研经费管理的对策以及规范管理、合理使用横向科研经费的措施。

| Abstract: | At present,the local university scientific research fund management system is not yet perfect,leading to horizontal problems in the funds management is increasingly prominent.Analysis of the current situation of scientific research in local colleges of cooperation,summed up the problems existing in the management of scientific research funds,and to strengthen the management of scientific research funds as well as the management and rational use of scientific research funding measures. |
