中国人寿保险公司人力资源竞争力外部影响因素分析

摘    要:我国保险业的发展自改革开放以来十分迅猛,寿险业的增长更是快于GDP和人均可支配收入的增长,也快于非寿险业的增长,我国寿险市场蕴藏的巨大发展潜力不容小觑。对于中国人寿保险公司来说,解决如何适应当前的保险市场竞争环境,如何在明确公司优劣势的前提下进一步提升自身的人力资源竞争力问题,具有十分重要的意义。就此,从影响人力资源竞争力外部影响因素的角度如政府法律法规、市场环境、行业规则、行业诚信制度等方面进行分析和论述。

Abstract:Insurance in China since reform and opening up,the development is very fast,the life insurance industry is faster than the growth of GDP and growth in per capita disposable income,also faster than the growth in non-life insurance,life insurance market in China there’s tremendous development potential should not be underestimated.China life insurance company,work out how to adapt to the current insurance market competition environment,how to clear the company subject to further enhance its own advantages and disadvantages of human resource competitiveness problems,is of great significance.In this connection,from the perspective of external factors affecting human resources competitiveness such as government laws and regulations,markets,trade rules,trade credit system for analysis and discussion.
