| 摘 要： | 以泉州市2001～2007年土地利用详查数据及相关统计资料为研究基础,分析了建设用地的动态变化;通过选取与建设用地密切相关的社会经济等指标,运用灰色关联度分析及软件集成等方法,分析了泉州市建设用地动态变化的驱动因素,揭示建设用地的动态变化规律。

| Abstract: | Based upon land using data and related statistical references of 2001～ 2007,this paper illustrates the dynamic transformation of civil construction land.It selects a number of social and economic indices that is closely pertinent to civil construction land,uses the Gray Correlative Analysis method and software integration,analyzes the driving forces of the dynamic transformation of Quanzhou civil construction land,and demonstrates its rule. |
