| 摘 要： | 长株潭地区城镇职能具有明显的多样性特征。职能同构、第三产业落后、工业主导行业层次低、高新技术行业和高附加值行业少是该区域镇职能结构存在的突出问题。应以高新技术产业的大发展作为城镇职能升级的突破口；应合理分工，科学选择设市城市的优势社会经济职能；应突出特色，科学定位小城镇发展的主导产业。

| Abstract: | There is obvious diversification and differences between Chang-Zhu-Tan area's urban function.This area has some prominent problems in its urban function system.They are as follows:function structure being the same,backward in tertiary industry,leading industry's level heing low,high new technology industry and high additional value industry being very few.In future,we should develop hard high-technology industry;select scientifically superior social-economic function of cities,and determine scientifically the leading industries of small town in Chang-Zhu-Tan area. |
