预应力碳纤维布加固RC预裂梁的试验研究

摘    要:对6根RC梁进行试验,研究了不同的初始开裂状态、预应力水平及锚固方式对加固效果的影响。试验结果表明,用预应力碳纤维布加固预裂梁不仅能使预裂缝得到修复,受力性能得到改善,而且能使预裂梁的承载能力得到大大提高;梁的预裂程度不同几乎不影响加固梁的屈服荷载、极限荷载及破坏形态,但对梁的刚度有较大影响。合适的锚固方式可以抑制剥离破坏,提高梁的极限承载力,对加固梁的刚度影响不大。

Abstract:Based on the experiment of six concrete beams strengthened with CFRP sheet,the strengthening effect is studied under the scenario analysis of different initial cracking states,different prestress levels and different anchorage styles.The experimental results show that both the yield load and the ultimate load of the beams can be improved after they are strengthened with CFRP sheet,and the strengthening effect of the prestressed CFRP sheet is better than the non-prestressed CFRP sheet.In addition,whether using prestressed CFRP sheet or not,and no matter what the initial state of beams are,have less obviously effect on ultimate load when the final failure form of the strengthened beams represents the tensile failure of CFRP shect.By using suitable anchorage system it can avoid sudden debonding failure of the beams,increase the ultimate load,and improve the flexivity.
