Pudong Development Project—An Interview with Zhao Qizheng, vice mayor of Shanghai and Chairman of Shanghai Pudong New Area Administration Committee

Since the central government decided on the Pudong development as a lead for the coming 10 years of China's reform and opening up, and particularly after the 14th CPC Congress further verified this decision, the opening and developing of Pudong has increasingly caught world attention.
