Research on Producer Services Cooperation between Zhejiang and Taiwan in Perspective of Industrial Cooperation Mechanism and Model Innovation

Emerging service industry, especially producer services has becomethe strategic focus of optimizing the industrial structure and the engine of economic transformation and upgrading in Zhejiang, which has stepped into the middle and latter stage of industrialization. In addition, producer services is an important approach to promoting the mechanism and model innovation of the industrial cooperation between Zhejiang and Taiwan. Zhejiang should seize the opportunity that ECFA has provided for the cross-strait cooperation in producer services, promote the mechanism and model innovation of the industrial cooperation with Taiwan. It should change the pattern of economic cooperation with Taiwan by constructing institutional cooperative relationship instead of functional relationship, establish cooperati.on strategy in producer services, and select suitable development path.
