| 摘 要： | 文章分析了企业进入新产业的时机选择与企业资源基础之间的关系.这种关系主要表现为两个方面.一方面,企业的资源基础倾向于影响企业进入新产业的时机;另一方面,企业进入新产业的时机反过来影响企业的资源积累.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the relationship between resource base and the timing of new industry entrant of businesses.This relationship is twofold.On one hand,the resource base of business tends to influence the timing of new industry entrant.On the other hand,the timing of new industry entrant influences the resource accumulation of businesses in reverse. |
