| Abstract: | after economic growth of double decades in China, private economy develops quickly in eastern coastal area meanwhile nongovernmental investment on western and middle area becomes more active. The paper deals with insight and perspective of nongovernmental investment on western and middle area of China taking Heze (in the west of Shandong Province) a modle. |
