| 摘 要： | 随着市场竞争的进一步加剧,上市公司出现财务失败在所难免。上市公司财务失败的原因是多方面的,主要是经营管理无能、股权结构不合理以及过度负债。通过对上市公司财务失败原因的分析,适时进行财务诊断和财务预警,及时采取应对措施,预防财务失败。
