| Abstract: | The tertiary industry, especially modern service industry, not fully developed, the explosive growth of the business cost will lead to a shrinkage of investment in Shanghai. Thus, in the development of a new round, several important subjects, including how to investigate and control the business cost fully and soundly, make full use of leading advantages after China s WTO entry, upgrade the comprehensive competitiveness of Shanghai, promote modern service industry, and bring Shanghai into a new industrial city, must be fully and systematically studied. |
