| 摘 要： | 工商管理专业本科生的实习教学环节在整个教学过程中占有重要的位置,特别是当今为了培养实用型人才,其重要性更加突出。分析了内蒙古科技大学工商管理专业本科生在实习教学过程中的成效及存在的问题,提出了需要改革和完善的地方。

| Abstract: | Practicing teaching plays an important role in the whole teaching process for undergraduates majoring in administration management especially to develop practical oriented talents,its importance highlights.This paper analyzes efficiency and problems in the teaching process of undergraduates majoring in administration management in IMUST and points out aspects that need to be modified. |
