| 摘 要： | 建设经济强省已经成为当前全国大多数省份的共识，但综合改革滞后相当程度上阻碍或延缓了经济强省建设的进程。因此，必须把综合协调改革作为推进经济强省建设的战略重点和关键举措，着力解决改革的难点和盲点问题，构建推进经济强省建设的良好体制机制环境。

| Abstract: | To build strong economy province is the common cognition of most provinces in China,but because the overall reform lags behind,thus block the building procedure.So the keystone of building strong economy province is overall corresponding reform.The focus should be fallen on the solution of the difficulties and the blind spots to found a better system and mechanism environment. |
