高职院校教师薪酬激励体系信息化管理的探索

摘    要:高职院校实现薪酬激励制度可以提高人才战略目标,调动高校教师工作积极性,进而提高在同类院校中的综合竞争力具有深远意义。高职院校是一个比较特殊的教育机构,而制定一套适合高职院校的薪酬分配激励制度,并适合具体院校实践,则需要深入探索和研究。本文通过高职院校薪酬激励体系现状的分析,探讨如何使用现有的信息技术对薪酬激励体系进行管理,提出自己的观点与构思。

Abstract:Vocational incentive mechanism to achieve strategic objectives to increase human resources, mobilize the enthusiasm of university teachers work, and raise similar institutions in the comprehensive competitiveness of far-reaching significance. Vocational education is a rather special institution, a set of institutions for higher pay distribution and incentive system, and specific institutions for practice, you will need in-depth exploration and research. This system of remuneration incentives through vocational colleges on the analysis, to explore ways to use existing information technology system to manage incentive compensation, put forward their views and ideas.
