针对我国证券监管工作面临的监管资源短缺与监管任务繁重的现实矛盾，本文探讨了在我国试行证券监管和解制度的必要性，并在重点介绍美国及我国台湾、香港地区相关法律依据及具体工作规则的基础上，结合我国证券监管工作的实际情况，分析了在我国现阶段试行证券监管和解制度的主要问题，并提出了相应的工作建议，最后指出了我国正式建立证券监管和解制度需要解决的其他问题。

Securities Regulation Settlement System in China

Given the contradiction of regulatory resources and rigorous regulatory task in China securities market, the author suggests implementing securities regulation settlement system in the country. He makes a review of legitimate documents and actual practice in the US, Taiwan and Hong Kong and analyzes the potential problems to be faced to adopt this system at the context of current regulatory status His suggestion is made in a view to address the issues so that securities regulation settlement system can be launched in due course.
