文化、交易成本视角下的乡镇企业家族化管理及其演进

家族化管理和家族企业是两个不同的概念,家族化管理是一种以家族血缘、亲缘、地缘等特殊关系为基础,以家族伦理、家族规则为组织规范,实行“缘治”的企业经营管理范式。文章在我国特有的管理文化背景下,从交易成本的角度,通过对乡镇企业家族化管理的效果、效率分析,评价家族化管理的功过,分析家族化管理演进的基本模式。

Family Management and Evolution of Township Enterprises at the Angle of Culture and Transaction Cost

Family management and family enterprises are two different concep ts , in which the family management is a business management mode carrying out rela tionship management on the basis of family relationship, blood relationship, te rritory relationship and so on , with family moral and regulations as the manage ment disciplines. On the background of special Chinese culture and from the vie wpoint of transaction cost, the author evaluated family management by making an analysis on the managerial effect and efficiency of the family management in tow nship enterprises, and summarized the basic modes of the evolution of family man agement and the relevant strong-points and shortcomings of these modes.
