| 摘 要： | 在工业化、城镇化、现代化及生态化建设的重要发展阶段,土地资源供需矛盾日益突出.就辽宁而言,现阶段,确立一个前瞻性的、科学的土地资源开发利用战略取向是一项重要的研究课题.本文结合辽宁土地开发利用中的战略目标、重点领域,依据国家相关的法律、法规,对我省土地开发利用的原则、战略取向等问题做了初步的探讨.

| Abstract: | At the key stage of develop Industrialization,urbanization,modernization and construction of ecological development,the supply and demend of land resources have become increasingly intense.For Liaoning,a forward-looking,scientific and utilized way of developing land resources is turning into an important research topic.This paper discussed the strategic orientation and principle of land development in Liaoning province according to the strategic objective,priority area and relevant laws. |
