| 摘 要： | 低碳生态城市是以低能耗、低污染、低排放为标志的节能、环保型城市,是一种在生态环境综合平衡制约下的全新城市发展模式.本文在低碳生态城市信息监管现状和原因分析的基础上,依据低碳生态城市监管系统的监管功能,构建“三合一”的低碳生态城市信息监管平台,并提出相应的管理与发展对策推进低碳生态城市发展.
