| 摘 要： | 本文在对国内城乡一体化评价指标体系进行分析的基础上,结合欠发达地区实际,构建欠发达地区城乡一体化评价指标体系,并采用德尔菲法确定各指标权重。利用统计数据对甘肃省城乡一体化发展水平进行实证研究。评价结果显示,甘肃省城乡一体化整体水平较低,两极分化现象严重,且与人均GDP呈正相关关系。最后,从城乡一体化规划、基础设施、公共服务、产业结构、城市功能、制度保障六个方面提出了推进甘肃省城乡一体化的措施。
