| 摘 要： | 中国低碳城市在理论体系建设、规划建设实践等方面目前正处在探索前行的阶段.低碳城市建设要规划先行,通过低碳城市发展规划的制定把握一个城市整体的发展方向和发展模式.本文就低碳城市发展规划的定位、研究内容、研究方法及实施步骤等作了论述,以期推动低碳城市建设的理论研究与实践探索.

| Abstract: | China′s low-carbon city is now at an exploring stage from theoretical system building to planning and construction practice.Low-carbon city development planning should go ahead in advance for constructing a low-carbon city,through which a city could grasp the overall direction and development pattern.The paper discusses the function orientation,research contents,methods and implementing steps so as to promote the exploration in theory and practice of low carbon city construction. |
