| 摘 要： | 首先论述我国农村住房制度的存在性,然后对其产生背景、历史意义进行简要评价;在对我国农村住房制度基本内容进行梳理的基础上,重点阐述其面临的问题和遭遇的挑战,最后提出新形势下我国农村住房制度改革完善的基本思路。
