The Research of City Community Cultural Establishment from the Perspective of People's Cultural Livelihood

City community culture,as the grassroots of city cultural services system,is the most closely linked with the masses.It can mostly embody the concept of people′s cultural livelihood.The city community cultural establishment cannot rely solely on impulse of the government and should give more attention to Public Ideas of community residents.We should improve community residents′ main body consciousness and cooperation capacity,increase social capital,and improve the establishment of cultural endogenetic forming mechanism,thereby community cultural establishment really return to livelihood-oriented.
