摘    要:传统通过世代的文化传承深深地扎根于人们的头脑中,德国的职业教育不可避免地要受到以往历史阶段所形成的思辨传统、人才价值观念、崇尚手工艺和技艺、科学务实态度以及职业培训传统,尤其是民族优越感的影响,这些传统因素对德国职业教育的发展具有重要的促进作用.
