| 摘 要： | 企业业务演化涉及到选择基准.企业业务演化经历了从"实现利润工具"到"实现功能工具",再到"实现企业使命工具"的转移.立足自身使命的企业业务演化符合现代管理理论的发展趋势.而基于使命的业务演化主要受到企业使命各个构成部分的影响,并要满足企业使命的要求.

| Abstract: | The business evolvement is related with the selecting criteria.The Business evolved from the profit-making tool to function realizing tool,and then mission realizing tool.Based on the business mission copes,the business evolvement develops by modern management theory and is influenced by the elements of business mission.So it must meet the requirements of the business mission. |
