| 摘 要： | 层次分析法是一种定性和定量相结合的多目标分析方法,从分析影响地价因素及其构成关系入手,对影响土地价格的因素进行优选,提出地价影响因素的层次结构评价模式。通过建立指标权重体系,进行权重的测算,排名,得出对地价影响较大的因素是什么,通过对这些影响因素的控制,从而加强对地价的控制。

| Abstract: | Analytical hierarchy process （ahp） is a kind of qualitative and quantitative multi-objective analysis method,this paper analyzes the influence factors and the land relationship constitutes the factors affecting land price for optimizing the influence factors,the hierarchical structure of land evaluation mode.Through the establishment of index weight system,the weight,measurements,ranking the influence factors of land,which is an idea：is based on these factors,thus strengthening the control of land,and strengthen the control on prices. |
