| 摘 要： | 中国企业近几年频繁地遭受来自国外的反倾销起诉 ,反倾销已严重地阻碍了中国产品的出口贸易 ,已成为我国产品出口路上的“拦路虎”。针对国外的反倾销起诉 ,提出了一系列相关的应诉对策 ,并且对应诉之道并作了必要的分析。

| Abstract: | In recent years Chinese enterprises have been frequently prosecuted for anti-dumping by foreign countries.Anti-dumping has already hindered the export trade of Chinese products seriously. In the face of the anti-dumping prosecution from foreign countries,this paper proposes a series of countermeasures to deal with the lawsuit. |
