| 摘 要： | 文中运用协同学及协同管理理论，归纳概括集装箱海铁联运系统协同这一概念，在分析集装箱海铁联运系统的现状与问题的基础上，重点提出集装箱海铁联运协同实现的建议，以期参与海铁联运的各企业实体及要素能协调一致地工作．实现集装箱海铁联运快速、高效发展的目标。

| Abstract: | Applying synergetics and related management theory,this paper concludes the concept of container ocean-rail combined transportations system synergy.And on the base of the analysis of the current situation and problems of this system,lots of suggestions about how to realize this combined transportations system synergy is put forward in order to make each enterprise entity and parts of ocean-rail combined transportation run smoothly,then achieve the aims of container ocean-rail combined transportation:quick and effective development. |
