新时期我国民营经济发展概述

改革开放20多年来,民营经济的地位和作用一步步提升。党中央肯定社会主义初级阶段存在私营经济,但那时私营经济的规模、产值、作用都还小,只是处于补充地位。此后民营经济不论在投资数额、工业产值、从业人员等方面的增幅部遥遥领先,为我国经济发展作出了重大贡献,成了“社会主义经济的重要组成部分”,“起到重要作用”,可以和公有制经济相互促进、共同发展。这表明,正是在党的政策支持下民营经济才得以充分发挥自己的活力,得到了快速发展,而民营经济的快速发展及其作用的扩展又提高了其在国民经济中的地位,形成了认识提高与实践发展的良性循环,构成了具有中国特色的民营经济发展的独特路径。
