| Abstract: | The trade union of colleges and universities should carry out work under the guidance of scientific development concept to adapt to new situation and obtain new achievement.First it should have new ideas,focus on the central task and serve the overall situation.Second it should make efforts to develope harmonious labour relations and foster harmonious spirit.Third it should innovate the trade union work and try to resolve the main problems in the development of trade union. |
