提升黑龙江省对俄贸易企业质量的研究报告

黑龙江省与俄罗斯货物贸易实现快速增长,态势喜人,但对俄贸易企业区域分布不均,对俄出口规模小,口岸通道不畅、贸易主体弱,生产型企业少、贸易质量不高等问题突出。政府部门可以通过宏观调控手段,培育壮大省内加工企业的成长,提升对俄出口产品的省内加工比例,增加进口产品的落地加工能力,规范对俄贸易,实现双方合作的良性发展。

Research Report of Improving the Quality of Russia Trade Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province

The trade in goods between Heilongjiang Province and Russia has achieved rapid growth, and the trend is gratifying. But the outstanding problems are uneven regional distribution, small export scale, sluggish port channels, weak trade body, less production-ori- ented enterprises, and low trade quality. The government should adopt macro-control, improve the growth of processors and the process proportions of export products, increase landed processing capacity of import products, and regulate Russia trade, so as to achieve the sound development of bilateral cooperation.
