低碳经济背景下湖南省发展低碳物流的路径研究

低碳物流是低碳经济背景下物流业发展的必由之路。近些年来,湖南省在低碳物流迅速发展的同时,存在着能源短缺与能源消费结构不合理、物流业管理体制不健全、物流技术落后、农产品物流体系不健全、合格的物流人才匮乏等问题。湖南省应大力开发低碳能源,建立完善的农产品低碳物流体系,加快宣传推广低碳物流理念并立法规制,积极引进和开发低碳物流技术,通过多种途径培养大批合格的物流人才,以提高物流管理的低碳化水平,降低经营成本,促进低碳物流的可持续健康发展。

Growth Path of Low Carbon Logistics in Hunan Province for Developing Low Carbon Economy

To develop low carbon logistics is a requirement of the growth of low carbon economy. In recent years, although low carbon logistics grows rapidly, there are still issues in terms of energy shortage, unreasonable energy consumption structure, unsound logistics management, backward logistics technology, the incomplete logistics system for agriculture products, and the lack of logistics talents. Hunan province shall proactively develop low carbon energy sources, establish an efficient, low carbon logistics system for agricultural products, speed up the publicity of low carbon logistics, and set up relative legislative regulations. It shall also introduce and develop advanced low carbon technology and build a strong talent pool for logistics in ways that improve low carbon logistics management and cut down the operational cost.
