| 摘 要： | 本文以内蒙古呼和浩特市中小企业为研究对象，分析企业特征对融资行为以及由企业特征所扩展的社会资本对企业融资行为的影响。借助社会资本理论和企业融资理论的方法，探讨中小企业社会资本的特征，剖析中小企业社会资本影响信贷融资的作用机理。通过SPSS单因素和多因素方差分析发现，样本企业的年龄、银企合作时间、政治社会资本强度对正规金融和非正规金融可获得性有显著影响。

| Abstract: | Focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in Hohhot,this paper analysed the relationship between social capital and enterprises' financing.Based on the theory of social capital and financing,we find that the characteristic of enterprises will affect the availability of finance.Furthermore,different social capital have variable influence.The years of the enterprises,the time of cooperation between bank and the company will statistically affect SMEs' financing. |
