| Abstract: | Based on the abnormal pecking order theory,this paper discusses the present situation of domestic and foreign enterprise group’s cross-border M&A financing,and designs a financing innovation mode of cross-border M&A of China’s private enterprise group including internal capital market financing,strategy alliance financing and financial innovation financing. |
