| 摘 要： | 通过分析委托研究中企业和学研机构的策略及其相应收益,采用博弈论构建了委托研究的道德风险模型;分别分析了完全信息条件下和不完全信息条件下的道德风险模型的均衡问题,得到了相应的均衡解;并据此对委托研究从合同模式选择、合同内容的设计、加强监督和科研信誉档案等方面提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Cooperation strategies and their corresponding revenue of the company and university or research institute in the Commissioned research are analyzed, and the model of moral hazard for Commissioned research was constructed; and then equilibrium is solved under conditions of complete information and incomplete information. At last some suggestions to promote commissioned research, including contract mode selection, content design of the contract, strengthening supervision and research reputation files, are made. |
